We’re looking for a dynamic Clinical Home Manager to manage Amherst Court which can accommodate up to 112 residents. You’ll drive exceptional care, manage day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and inspire a positive culture of accountability, and respect.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven success managing a large care home.
- Active NMC PIN and extensive elderly/nursing care experience.
- Deep knowledge of CQC standards and a track record of strong leadership.
- Outstanding communication skills and a passion for person-centred care.
