We’re now looking for a Senior Care Lead (Days or Nights) to join our warm and welcoming team at Court Regis in Sittingbourne, Kent.
If you hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care and have experience in a senior care role, we’d love to hear from you!
💙 What You’ll Do
As a Senior Care Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our care community — leading, inspiring, and supporting your team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care every day.
You’ll:
Lead by example, ensuring care is delivered with compassion, dignity, and respect.
Supervise and mentor Care Assistants to achieve the highest standards.
Support the Home Manager and Deputy in maintaining smooth operations.
Help train and develop your team while promoting a safe, positive working environment.
Champion Health & Safety and uphold Avante’s commitment to quality care.
