Role: Activities & Wellbeing Coordinator
Location: Wain House, Westgate-on-Sea, Kent
Avante Care & Support is proud to unveil Wain House, our stunning new purpose-built care home in the heart of Westgate-on-Sea. Wain House will set a new standard for exceptional residential and dementia care, offering a warm, modern, and inspiring environment where residents feel truly at home.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Activities & Wellbeing Coordinator to bring energy, creativity, and joy to our residents’ everyday lives. This is your opportunity to help shape a vibrant community from the very beginning.
✨ Your Role – Creating Moments That Matter
You will be at the heart of resident wellbeing, delivering enriching experiences that promote independence, connection, and happiness. You will:
Design and deliver engaging social, cultural, and recreational activities
Inspire residents through music, games, creative sessions, and meaningful outings
Foster strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and volunteers
Create a lively atmosphere where every day feels rewarding and purposeful
What We’re Looking For
A warm, caring, and imaginative nature
Proven experience organising activities that enhance quality of life
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (advantageous)
