About the Role: We're looking for an Activities & Wellbeing Coordinator at our Barnes Lodge care home in Tonbridge. In this role, you’ll create and lead a vibrant program of social, cultural, and recreational activities to enrich the lives of our residents—tailoring activities that empower independence and bring joy every day.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide meaningful activities that enhance quality of life and bring a sense of purpose.
  • Engage residents with mind and body stimulation—from gentle movement to games, arts, outings, and more.
  • Collaborate with families, staff, and volunteers to create a supportive, elder-centered environment.

Requirements:

  • Health & Social Care NVQ 2
  • Experience with recreational activities and elder-centered care
  • (A full driving license is preferred but not essential)
