Your Role – Creating Moments That Matter
As our Activities & Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of daily life at Wain House—bringing energy, creativity, and joy to every moment.
You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that enrich lives
- Inspire residents through music, games, arts, and outings
- Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and colleagues
- Create a warm, lively environment where every day has purpose
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings passion and positivity to everything they do:
- A naturally warm, caring, and creative personality
- Experience organising activities that enhance wellbeing
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle (advantageous)
