Salary: £12.60 – £13.75
Part-time, including alternate weekends
Avante Care & Support is a well-established charity, supporting over 1,000 older people through our dementia, nursing, and home care services across Kent and South East London.
We’re looking for a creative and caring Activities and Wellbeing Supervisor to join our team at Riverdale Court in Welling. In this rewarding role, you’ll plan and deliver fun, engaging activities that bring joy and connection to our residents.
What You'll Do
✔ Plan and lead a variety of activities – from music and games to quizzes, gentle exercise, and outings
✔ Encourage social interaction and promote residents’ well-being
✔ Work closely with residents, families, staff, and volunteers to create a lively, inclusive atmosphere
What You’ll Need
✔ A warm, compassionate, and energetic personality
✔ Creativity and confidence to lead group activities
✔ Experience in recreational or social activities (care setting a bonus)
✔ NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential)
