What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant, you won’t just be helping with daily tasks—you’ll be helping residents feel safe, valued, and truly cared for. You’ll be part of a team that brings comfort, dignity and a sense of family to every moment.
Your role will include:
Providing personal care with compassion and respect
Supporting residents’ wellbeing, independence, and daily routines
Assisting with all activities of daily life, ensuring comfort and dignity
Helping to create a positive, engaging and nurturing environment
No experience? No problem. We’ll train you, support you, and help you grow—right from day one.
