Salary: £65K - £70K
Hours: Full-time (37 hours/week) with occasional evenings/weekends

About You
We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader with:
- Proven Experience: Successfully managing nursing homes.
- Clinical Expertise: Active NMC pin, solid background in elderly and nursing care, and a deep understanding of CQC regulations.
- Leadership Skills: A natural motivator with excellent communication skills and the ability to build a culture of empowerment, creativity, and constructive risk-taking.
