Digital Marketing Manager – 6-Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Faversham Head Office (with some remote working)
Contract: 6-month fixed term
Salary: £45,000 per annum (pro rata)
Reporting to: Head of Marketing & Sales

Avante Care & Support is a well-established not-for-profit organisation supporting over 1,000 older people across Kent and South East London. We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join us on a 6-month contract to lead our digital strategy, enhance lead generation, and drive online performance.

About the Role

You will oversee all digital marketing channels, with a strong focus on paid search, SEO, performance analysis, and reporting. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer with experience in the care sector and a hands-on, analytical approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns including budget allocation and performance reporting
  • Lead and implement SEO strategies to increase visibility and conversions
  • Oversee website updates via WordPress and liaise with external web agencies
  • Develop data-driven reports and forecasts using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot
  • Collaborate on the creation of compelling digital content and lead generation campaigns
  • Support continuous improvement through testing, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback

Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience managing PPC (Google AdWords), SEO, and digital analytics
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, GA4, and HubSpot
  • WordPress experience and confidence working with web development teams
  • Experience in or understanding of the care or healthcare sector
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Desirable:

  • CIM qualification or relevant degree
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or Python
  • Experience in budget management and working with CRM systems
  • Background in project managing web or digital campaigns
