We are looking for a Health & Social Care Trainer to join our internal Learning and Development team. 


In this role, you’ll inspire, empower, and support our care teams, helping them to deliver exceptional care while advancing their skills and knowledge.

 

What you’ll do?

• Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions.

• Equip our teams with essential skills for high-quality care.

• Be a key player in shaping our learning culture.

 

What you’ll need?

 

•            Current driving licence (essential)

•            Relevant care qualification and/or a background in health and social care (essential)

•            Excellent numeracy and literacy skills

•            Formal training qualification, i.e., CIPD, CTTLS, AET (essential)

•            Relevant Moving and Assisting training qualification with associated CPD evidence (essential)

•            First Aid at Work certificate (3 day)

•            Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

•            Proficient in use of virtual classroom tools, i.e., Zoom, Teams, break out rooms, virtual whiteboards, etc.

•            Excellent organisational and planning skills

•            Methodical problem-solving approach

•            Flexible and adaptive

•            This role requires travel to a portfolio of services across Kent and South East London
