Role Overview:

As a vital member of our care team, you will have the rewarding opportunity to:

  • Provide Companionship: Foster meaningful connections and promote independence for those in your care.
  • Assist with Personal Care: Support clients with daily activities such as washing and dressing, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
  • Medication Management: Help clients manage their medications effectively and safely.
  • Light Household Tasks: Assist with essential chores to create a comfortable living space.
  • Meal Preparation: Nourish our clients by preparing meals and supporting their nutritional needs.

What We’re Looking For:

While previous experience in care is a plus, it’s not essential. We offer comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Compassionate & Caring: Driven to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
  • Dependable: Take pride in your work and are committed to providing exceptional care.
  • Flexible: Available to work alternate weekends and adapt to shifting needs.
  • Ready to Learn: Willing to engage in a four-day training program to prepare you for your role.
  • Driving License: Hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle (this is desirable but not mandatory).

Job Details:

  • Job Types: Permanent, Zero Hours Contract
  • Pay: £11.75 - £13.28 per hour
  • Schedule: Flexible shifts available, including day shifts, Monday to Friday, night shifts, weekends only, and opportunities for overtime.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in care
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Work authorization for the United Kingdom
