Role Overview:
As a member of our care team, you will:
- Provide companionship and promote independence
- Assist with personal care, including washing and dressing
- Support with medication management
- Perform light household tasks
- Prepare meals and support nutritional needs
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in care is beneficial but not essential—we provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. We are looking for people who are:
- Compassionate, caring, and eager to make a difference
- Dependable and take pride in their work
- Flexible, including availability on alternate weekends
- Ready to participate in a four-day training program
- Holders of a valid driving license with access to a vehicle (desirable)

Job Details:
- Job Types: Permanent, Zero Hours Contract
- Pay: £11.75 - £12.22 per hour
- Schedule: Flexible shifts available: Day shift, Monday to Friday, Night shift, Weekends only, Overtime
