Now, we’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to help us keep Court Regis in Sittingbourne, Kent running smoothly and safely. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our spaces safe, green, and gleaming—making life better every day for our residents.
🛠️ The Role
Hours: 37 per weekÂ
Location: Court Regis, Sittingbourne
Must-Have: Full UK driver’s license
You’ll handle day-to-day repairs, maintenance, and help keep our gardens and grounds looking fantastic. From fixing a squeaky door to ensuring the fire alarm works perfectly—you’ll be the hero behind the scenes.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
Keep our gardens looking sharp—mow, plant, weed, repeat 🌻
Fix, patch, paint—every detail counts
Check on heating, lighting, fire alarms & safety systems
Help with audits, spot risks, and suggest smart improvements
Coordinate with contractors when needed
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Solid background in maintenance or trades
Bonus if you’ve worked in residential or care settings
Handy with tools and even handier with people
Groundskeeping experience = a big plus
