We are looking for a dynamic People Projects & Digital Manager to lead the digital evolution of our People Operations, championing new ways of working, boosting efficiency, and enriching the employee experience.
This role is Hybrid – with on-site presence required at the Faversham office at least once a week. There may be occasional travel to services across Greenwich, Bexley, and Kent for training and support.
About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Lead and deliver People projects in line with Avante’s values and strategic goals.
- Be the go-to expert for our integrated HR and rostering system – from implementation to training, support, and continuous improvement.
- Drive digital transformation across all people processes including recruitment, workforce planning, engagement, and compliance.
- Ensure timely cleansing, accuracy and collation of required data in the required format.
What You Bring
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- Proven expertise in managing HR projects, systems, and people data.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and rostering systems.
- Strong data and analytics skills, with fluency in relevant tools.
- Ability to interpret data visually and strategically.
- Familiarity with using AI tools in everyday practice.
- Knowledge of GDPR and ethical data practices.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Project and change management capabilities.
