We’re looking for friendly, proactive Registered General Nurses (RNs) to join our team. Whether you work days, nights, or relief shifts, you’ll deliver person-centred care, lead Health Care Assistants, and help create a warm, homely environment for everyone in the home.
Your Role 🩺
- Deliver hands-on nursing care tailored to each resident’s needs
- Lead, support and mentor Health Care Assistants
- Ensure clinical excellence and compliance with safety regulations
- Foster a positive, homely environment in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care
- Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager to maintain high standards
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Hold a valid NMC registration
- Have experience in a care home or similar nursing setting
- Are kind, professional, and proactive
- Have strong leadership and communication skills
