Shifts: Nights (including alternate weekends)
Location: Barnes Lodge, Tonbridge, Kent
Your Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Lead a dedicated care team in providing top-notch nursing care.
- Ensure every resident receives personalized support tailored to their needs.
- Guide and mentor Health Care Assistants in delivering exceptional care.
- Collaborate with management and other professionals to enhance resident well-being.
- Must hold an NMC Pin
