We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Manager for our Home Care services in Faversham and Bexley. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our well-established offices. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation and success of the day-to-day business, working closely with a dedicated team of care coordinators, field care supervisors, and care workers alongside our Head Office support teams.

Responsibilities of the Registered Manager include:

Ensure high-quality care services are consistently delivered to clients by providing leadership and support to the team, maintaining compliance with regulations and policies, overseeing staff training, and ensuring business growth in line with targets.


Qualifications and Experience required from our Registered Manager:

You should have or be working towards a Level 4 NVQ (RMA) or Level 5 QCF qualification in Social Care. You should have a good understanding of the CQC assessment criteria for achieving Good and Outstanding scores. In addition, you should have experience managing service provision in the care industry as well as managing people.
