We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Care Lead - Nights (Full-Time) to join our team at Barnes Lodge Care Home.
If you hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care and have experience in a senior care role, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Lead and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing every step of the way.
Mentor and develop your team, helping them grow and excel.
Step up to support home management in the absence of senior staff.
Maintain a safe, positive, and caring environment for residents and staff alike.
