We’re looking for a driven Talent & Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment function across homecare, residential services, extra care and our central teams. You’ll help grow a workforce that truly lives our SPARKLE values and delivers brilliant care to the communities we support.

 What you’ll be doing
You’ll take charge of end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles, building a sustainable talent pipeline for today and the future. Expect to:

  • Create innovative attraction campaigns—digital, community-based, early careers, partnerships, direct sourcing and more.

  • Ensure accurate recruitment assets, careers website content and strong employer value proposition (EVP) alignment, strengthening the overall candidate experience.

  • Keep recruitment compliant, with clear reporting and smart use of systems.

  • Work closely with managers and the wider People, L&D and Operations teams to support planning, onboarding and reduce agency spend.

  • Manage agency relationships, negotiate terms and improve transparency around usage.

  • Lead and develop the Talent team, building a collaborative culture that reflects our SPARKLE values.

  • Support international recruitment and help ensure colleagues joining from overseas feel welcomed, informed and supported.

✨ What you’ll bring
You’ll have strong recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, people-focused sector. We’re looking for someone who can:
✔ Build creative and impactful attraction campaigns (digital & community)
✔ Manage employer branding and influence EVP development
✔ Use recruitment systems, analytics and digital tools confidently (bonus points for Canva skills)
✔ Work with agencies and external partners strategically
✔ Balance operational needs with long-term workforce planning
✔ Understand safer recruitment standards and CQC compliance
✔ Lead, support and inspire a team

It’s a bonus if you’ve recruited in health or social care before, but it’s not a deal-breaker.
